TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

RIDING AND STAYING AT OWN RISK:
It is understood that all activities at Off Piste Riding Limited are undertaken entirely at the guest's own risk. Off Piste Riding Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any person during the time of their booking whilst either staying with us or out riding with us. If you enter onto our property or mount any of our horses, we will assume that you understand and accept this and agree to it completely.

It must also be understood that no correspondance of any sort from any party will be entered into regarding any unfortuante or unforseen incidents that may occur.
Vehicles and contents are left at owner's sole risk.

WEIGHT RESTRICTION:
"Off Piste Riding" is available only to competent horse riders who are less than 16 stone in weight when clothed ready for riding. If there is any doubt regarding weight you will be weighed before being allowed to ride and if found to be over 16 stone will not be permitted to ride. Any person over 16 stone will be permitted to stay at Longham Farm for the duration of the weekend but not allowed to ride any of our horses. Unfortunately there will be no refund of any sort in this instance.

RIDING ABILITY AND SAFETY:

To take part in an Off Piste Riding Ltd holiday you must be a competent rider. By competent we mean someone who can rise to the trot and control their horse at canter and gallop. The rider must be fit enough and strong enough to ride for four hours plus at any one time.

Any person who, in the opinion of Off Piste Riding Limited, is not a competent enough rider to be able to go out on the 'Off Piste' rides will not be allowed to ride with the remainder of the party, but may be able to have a short escorted ride around our land at Longham Farm. If in the opinion of Off Piste Riding Limited, any guest is not a competent enough rider to be able to do this either, they will be allowed to stay for the duration of the weekend, but not allowed to ride any of our horses at all. Unfortunately there can be no refunds of any sort in this instance. Bookings are accepted on the basis that riders do not suffer from any illness or disability which could prejudice their safety on horseback. YOU RIDE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Horse riding and horse handling are potentially dangerous. Though the horses offered to guests are tried and tested for behaviour and reliability, they are hired to the rider on the clear understanding that they are flesh and blood and that NO horse is ever completely reliable.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
All bookings must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. No bookings will be confirmed at all until the deposit has been received in full. If due to circumstances beyond our control Off Piste Riding Limited have to cancel your holiday with us, we will refund your deposit in full within 24 hours of the commencement date of your holiday. If our guests have to cancel their holiday with us, then 25% of deposit money will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than four weeks prior to the holiday date.

If cancellations are made up to seven days before the start date of your stay with us then 10% of deposit will be refunded.

The remainder of monies owing must be paid at least seven days before the commencement of your holiday. After that, payment will only be accepted in cash and must be paid on arrival at Longham Farm on the Friday evening.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
If Off Piste Riding Limited accept your booking, they do so on the full understanding that you consent to the Terms and Conditions and that the Terms and Conditions have been fully read and understood. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not book your holiday with us.
