ACCOMMODATION:

Our guests will stay in our old cosy farm house. The house is situated at the top of its own long drive which runs through our land. We stand in over 30 acres of traditional unspoilt Devon farmland consisting of some 7 acres of deciduous woodland and some 25 acres of permanent pasture which is skirted by a babbling stream, a tributary to the River Exe, one of Devon's mightiest rivers.

The house, although old, has recently been completely renovated and now affords unusual luxury for such a property.

We have a selection of double and twin rooms to cater for all requirements, each of which is tastefully decorated to a high standard and to a different theme. We offer excellent quality typical West Country cuisine all of which is prepared in our kitchen from fresh local produce. Guests will be invited to accompany their food with some of our rare and fine wines from our extensive wine selection. Wine is our other passion alongside our horses.

We have a striking raised decking area that offers wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. An ideal spot to sit and enjoy some quiet time or to chat and spend time discussing the day's exertions. The beautiful pond water feature is extremely relaxing and is flood lit to allow us to use it on a warm evening.

We also have an outdoor hot tub - excellent for relieving the tensions of a hard day in the saddle. We provide robes and towels for all our guests but you will need to bring your own swim suits.

We are situated just 20 minutes from Junction 27 of the M5 where it joins the A38 and A361 North Devon Link Road. Also at Junction 27 is Tiverton Parkway Railway Station which means that Paddington Station in London can be achieved in a little over 2 hours. We are happy to collect any rail travellers at no extra charge. We are 40 minutes away from Exeter Airport and 1¼ hours from Bristol Airport and we are happy to collect our guests from further afield by prior arrangement.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow smoking in any part of the house at any time, but our guests are free to smoke anywhere outside provided they take special care when near our animals.

We also own two friendly cats and two collie dogs. Guests may bring their own dogs by prior agreement, but they will be expected to live outside in the kennels with our dogs. Our dogs are friendly and the kennels cosy.
